Dr. Don Nicholson, of the White Marsh, MD office, optimizes the use of medications and procedures for the best outcomes for his patients. As a pharmaceutical scientist, he dedicated his efforts to developing breakthrough medications for a variety of medical conditions. Dr. Nicholson’s multidisciplinary approach to patient care has been shown to allow patients to decrease pain and regain function. He is known for his engaging and empathic patient care.
Dr. Nicholson joined National Spine & Pain Centers in 2012. He was born and raised in New York City. He is an interventional pain specialist expertly trained in many of the most advanced treatment options currently available. Dr. Nicholson performed his residency in anesthesiology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, in the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He then followed with a fellowship in pain management at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
