Dr. Pardeep K. Sood is a Pain Management Specialist in Trumbull, Connecticut . By combining his extensive medical knowledge with state-of-the-art technologies, Dr. Sood is widely recognized as an expert in the use of minimally invasive treatments and is dedicated to his patients’ healing and recovery. He is extremely dedicated to patient education, providing personalized treatments offering lasting healing and recovery.
Dr. Sood earned his medical degree from the Dayanand Medical College in Ludhlana, India and performed his internship at Dayanand Hospital. He completed post-graduate work at the Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, India. Dr. Sood then completed a residency in anesthesiology at the Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. Dr. Sood is also a fellow of the Royal College of Anesthetists in England and a fellow of faculty of anesthesiologists at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He also participated in a post-doctorate fellowship in pain management at Yale before completing a special clinical fellowship in pain management and anesthesiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

In addition to treating his patients, Dr. Sood has trained numerous practicing physicians in advanced spinal cord stimulation techniques. Dr. Sood holds teaching affiliations with the University of Connecticut and Quinnipiac University medical schools. His clinical expertise encompasses a variety of diagnostic specialties and treatments, including but not limited to: Discography, Electrodiagnostics, Epidural Nerve Block, Facet Joint Injections, Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS), Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP therapy), Radiofrequency Neurotomy, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Trigger Point Injections and Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty.
