Physician Q&A with Dr. Marina Protopapas at Sunrise Senior Living at Fair Oaks, Virginia

Dr. Marina Protopapas from our Fair Oaks, Virginia office recently did a ‘Ask the Expert in Pain Management’ physician Q&A at Sunrise Senior Living Tour of Homes on Thursday, June 14 at Sunrise at Fair Oaks, Virginia.

Tour of Homes is a National Sunrise Community event and was promoted to all Sunrise communities and resident families. 30 community members with their families attended the event, engaging in an informative Q&A session with Dr. Protopapas.

A published author on various rehabilitation and pain management topics, Dr. Marina Protopapas has also served as a guest lecturer in Harvard’s continuing medical education program. Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and spinal pain, she uses a range of sophisticated, non-surgical treatments to provide pain relief for her patients. Her expertise in innovative and fluoroscopic (x-ray) guided therapies include trigger point injections, epidural nerve blocks, facet joint injections, discography, spinal cord stimulation trials, sympathetic blocks, and radiofrequency denervation.
