Kunal Sood, M.D. is interventional pain management doctor in Virginia. He practices out of National Spine & Pain Centers’ Alexandria, VA (Franconia) office. Dr. Sood earned his medical degree from the American University of Antigua, Osbourn, Antigua and Barbuda. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology followed by a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center, Detroit, MI.

Dr. Sood is board certified in Anesthesiology as well as Pain Medicine. His clinical expertise encompasses a variety of diagnostic specialties and treatments, including Epidural Nerve Block, Facet Joint Injections, Radiofrequency Neurotomy, SI Joint Injection, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Medial Branch Block, and Trigger Point Injections.
