Dr. Peter Staats, National Spine & Pain Centers’ Chief Medical Officer, received the NY and NJ Lifetime Achievement Award from the NYNJ Societies of Interventional Pain last Friday evening.

Dr. Staats is an interventional pain medicine specialist as well as well-respected and admired member of the Pain Medicine community. He is the Chief Medical Officer for electroCore, and member of the Pain Medicine News editorial advisory board, and chair of the World Institute of Pain Board of Examination. He has served as the past president of ASIPP (American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians) and NANS (North American Neuromodulation Society).
