Physician News Spotlight | Dr. Sean Li, Recipient of Best Abstract Award at International Neuromodulation Society’s 13th World Congress

We are honored to announce that Dr. Sean Li was one of the recipients of the International Neuromodulation Society’s 13th World Congress Best Abstract Awards, in recognition of quality, originality and ingenuity in neuromodulation research. He received this recognition for his research “A prospective clinical trial to assess the feasibility of high frequency spinal cord stimulation at 10 KHZ in the treatment of chronic intractable pain form peripheral plyneuropathy”.

The International Neuromodulation Society (INS) is a nonprofit group of clinicians, scientists and engineers dedicated to the scientific development and awareness of neuromodulation – the alteration of nerve activity through the delivery of electrical stimulation or chemical agents to targeted sites of the body. Founded in 1989 and based in San Francisco, CA, the INS educates and promotes the field through meetings, its MEDLINE-indexed, peer-reviewed journal Neuromodulation: Technology at the Neural Interface, and chapter websites.
