The ability to learn something new every day is what Teresa D. Green, PA-C, BSPAS enjoys the most about her job.
With more than a decade of experience as a physician assistant with the bulk of her clinical experience in emergency medicine, Teresa joined the National Spine and Pain Centers in October 2018 where she works with Dr. Shaan Sudhakaran. She was drawn to the field of pain management as a way to expand her knowledge and skills in managing acute and chronic pain.
After serving in the United States Air Force for four years where she received medical service training, Teresa earned a physician assistant studies bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in San Antonio. Her previous work experience as a physician assistant includes at Physicians Now Urgent Care Center in Rockville, Emergency Medicine Associates at Washington Adventist Hospital and Doctors Community Hospital, and Emergency Physicians Medical Group at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Delaware.
Teresa aims to make a difference one patient at a time.
In her hours away from the office, she loves spending time with her 5 year old child also being involved in the community, traveling, and reading.
